We have a seven-day return period on all product/s – EXCEPT plants. All plant returns must be logged within 24 hours of receiving your order. As such, please inspect your products when you receive them and notify AC Aqua Plants immediately if any items are damaged or if you received the wrong order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all parts/accessories must be included.
To log a return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please describe why you would like to return the product/s, in detail.
How to return your product/s
It’s bad enough that you are disappointed… We really don’t want to delay the process of sorting this out for you!
Therefore, please helps us by packing your product/s properly so they don’t get damaged further during transit back to us – try and use the same packaging they came in. Make sure all accessories and/or parts are sent back as well, or this will delay the process.
You are responsible for the courier fee for returning your product/s. If you would like to use your own courier and pay for it yourself, please let us know. If not, the amount will deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will detail the next steps. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within seven working days – the amount can either be refunded into your bank account or we can give you a voucher for the same amount for future use.
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Any item bought on sale will not be refunded.
