Description
Esicularia montagnei, well-known by aquascapers and aquarium hobbyists as Christmas moss, can be attached to rocks or hardscape and can also grow free-floating (but be careful it doesn’t go into your filter). Christmas Moss is very popular in the aquarium hobby. It gets its name from its branches that hang downwards and overlap each other, resembling a Christmas tree.
