How is my order shipped?

Most of our orders are shipped PostNet to PostNet as this is the cheapest for our customers.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship all of our orders (unless there are no plants) on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This is to ensure that your plants arrive as soon as possible and that don’t sit at a hub over weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Major centres: Two to three working days.
Regional areas: Three to five working days.

What happens if my order is damaged?

What happens if I receive the wrong order?

What do I do if I pay via direct deposit?

Once you have placed your order, please email proof of payment to ally@acaquaplants.co.za. Your order will only be processed once the funds have cleared in our account. If you do not bank with Nedbank, this can a few working days.
